The Governor's Emergency Order was terminated on July 1, 2021 at 12:01 am.

The Washington County Liquor Board is allowing Carry Out and Delivery to

(On sale only) license's until June 30, 2022, you must get the approval from the Washington County Liquor Board.

Persons must be a bona fide employee on the payroll or a licensee.

 

 Third party sales or deliveries

are not allowed.

Persons must be alcohol awareness certified and at least 21 years of age or older.

Alcoholic beverages must be in sealed package or container.

 

 Container must have closed cap, cork or seal or lid with no straw holes.

Cannot be made to another alcohol licensed establishment.

Can only be made in Washington County.

Must be purchased along with prepared food other than prepackaged snacks.

The Mask, Social Distancing & Capacity guidelines are changing daily based on this new variance so please pay attention to signs posted on the outside of each establishment and respect the staff and employees by following those guidelines.

Licensed business owners have the right to mandate the Mask, Social Distancing guidelines for their Licensed establishment and they will have the backing and support from the

Washington County Liquor Board.
