REVISED COVID-19 GUIDELINES
PER GOVERNOR HOGAN’S
EXECUTIVE ORDER OF JUNE 15, 2021
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2021 AT 12:01 AM
The Governor's Emergency Order will be terminated on July 1, 2021 at 12:01 am.
The Washington County Liquor Board are giving all licensee's that are now doing the Carry Out and Delivery Service to be able to continue this until
August 15, 2021 at 12:00 Midnight.
All licensees that want to continue doing the Carry Out and Delivery Service must contact the Board before 12:01 am on August 16, 2021.
All Temporary Outdoor Seating is no longer in effect and you must contact the Board for any and all outdoor Sidewalk Cafes and Patios.
The Mask, Social Distancing & Capacity guidelines have all been lifted and operations are back to normal. Lets stay safe and make Washington County business great again.
Licensed business owners have the right to mandate the Mask, Social Distancing guidelines for their Licensed establishment and they will have the backing and support from the
Washington County Liquor Board.
IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN VACCINATED PLEASE WEAR A MASK OUT OF COURTESY TO OUR OFFICE STAFF.
