New applications and transfers applications can now be printed on-line. Please make sure that you print out all documents that are linked to each page.

Attorneys and applicants must follow the guidelines of the procedure of application for all documents needed. Once the Board receives the application and documents needed, the Board Commissioners will review the application packet and schedule the final hearing date, which could take up to 4 to 6 weeks based on the Boards scheduling.
