CLASS A - Delivery License
Washington County – Alcoholic Beverages – Class A - Delivery License Application
Delivery to a purchaser of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless:
A holder of a Class A license obtains a Delivery license from the local licensing board to make deliveries and the delivery is made from a licensed premises by the license holder or employee of the license holder and not a third-party delivery Company.

The licensing authority regulates the delivery is made from the licensed premises by
the license holder or employee of the license holder authorized to sell and distribute
alcoholic beverages by the local licensing authority in the jurisdiction where the delivery is made; and the license holder obtains a Delivery license from the local licensing authorities to make deliveries.
The delivery driver must -

Must be 21 years of age or over.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must have a copy of the delivery license during all deliveries.

Must have a copy of their alcohol awareness certification during all deliveries.

Must card at the time of delivery the person who ordered the alcohol and receiving it to make sure they are 21 years of age or older.
Owner and Licensee -
1. The liability rest completely on the owner, licensees, and the delivery person.
2. All delivery transactions must be filed and kept for one (1) year.
3. At any time, the local licensing authority issue fines, suspend or revoke your Delivery
licenses at any time for violations of the Rules and Regulations.
4. Deliveries can only be made:
Monday through Saturday – 12 Noon to 10 pm
Sunday – 12 Noon to 10 pm
