$1,500.00 for Article 6-311 - for unlawfully purchasing alcohol from a retail establishment, suspending $750.00 and ATCC seizing all unlawfully purchased alcohol. 

$1,500.00 for AB 408 - for not keeping distributors invoices in an orderly manner, suspending $750.00.

$1,000.00 for AB 6-313 - 

  • Refilling Container - No retail dealer, or agent or employee shall refill any container of alcoholic beverages with any substance whatsoever after such container has once been emptied or partially emptied of its original contents.

  • Keeping Containers - (b) of this section and no retail dealer shall keep or possess any empty container or containers, and they cannot be used for refilling which is violation of subsection.

$500.00 for Boards Rules & Regulations - Storage of Alcohol - All licensees, except for Class A license (off sale only) must provide the Board with a diagram, which may be hand drawn, of where and how their alcohol is stored and served, suspending $500.00. 

One (1) Year probation and the total fine of $2,500, due within 30 days. And if any violation accrues the remaining $2,000 will be assessed and due immediately and other fines could be assessed and or revocation of license.
