WASHINGTON COUNTY LICENSED ESTABLISHMENTS

Per State Law you cannot mix or fill alcohol of any type. Example: you have a half empty bottle of Grey Goose Vodka you cannot take a larger bottle of Grey Goose Vodka or any other vodka to fill that half empty bottle this pertains to any type of alcoholic beverage that you have purchased.

You cannot purchase any alcoholic beverage from a liquor store it has to be purchased from a distributor.

You cannot purchase alcohol and divide it between multiple establishments you must have all records and receipts available at all times for our inspectors or State inspectors.
