Southern Glazers Meeting

The Washington County Liquor Board met with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits of Maryland for the purpose of discussing customer service in the county.  As a result of that meeting Southern Glazers will be holding a Customer Service meeting in Hagerstown.  The Board encouraged Southern Glazer’s to conduct a meeting with licensees to provide a forum for licensee interaction with the administrative staff of Southern Glazers.  Details are shown below:

Sandwiches, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by the Washington County Liquor Board.

 

  • Licensees in Washington County are invited.

  • Southern Glazer’s will have administrative staff on hand to discuss and review questions or concerns about:

    • SGWS internet-based ordering platform (SG Proof):  this is an online product ordering website that allows 24-7 access to our product catalog.  Orders can be placed, billing can be reviewed, and payments processed.  Licensees can learn more about this time saving website!

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Operations (delivery, etc.)

  • Licensees are invited to attend this event any time between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  No appointment necessary.  Come and go as you please during those hours!

  • The format will be an open floor plan whereby you can visit different stations for the purpose of interacting with our team. 

  • Every hour our management team will make brief announcements to welcome our guests and to provide an update as to our operations in the market.

  • Note – this Customer Service meeting has been approved by the Washington County Liquor Board and the Maryland ATC.

  • This is not an industry trade show.  There will be no sampling or advertising material on hand.
